What exactly do you mean?

When you rightclick the track it should give you several options. One will be to warp or quantitize. Either will do. I don't know if you have that for FL

Interesting, I'll have to try that out. Does it make the transitions smoother?

It will make it sound less rushed. if you want the transitions to be smoother get a bunch of sample packs with a good fx, and add ping pong delay and a lot of reverb.
