I can't really fix the forums ban because it's a 3rd party addon. Most of the bans are understandable anyways.

Putty, just do it yourself. Create a new ItemStack with the required Item Meta, place it in the GUI. Bam. Done.

Yeah, it was a little more than making an itemstack

Making it switch items when clicked and making sure the player has purchased superknife.

I know it was putty, Events, purchased, etc. I just said that to push you into it. (x
