Brawl doesn't have a returning staff members system, so I just went ahead and made a new application after talking to some people.

There have been a few retired staff that had came back again... such as poskeharen and more, if that's what you mean.

Nvm I know what you're saying, some staff members like previously AndyinaBEARsuit wanted a break cuz of reallife, so he went away for like a month or two, then decided to quit.

But you took a pretty long break so I guess I see the purpose of the app.
