if we assume all objects visible in this image are moving at the expected velocities (I.e. bullets at bullet speed), the bullets fired by the PoV player would strike the jumping person in the torso area

First of all it's a template so I didn't make the bullets.

Second of all there are three more possibilities:
1. The bullets pass by in front of him
2. He wears a bullet-proof vest (Which is kinda the case i made that skin myself)

3. He falls fast enough for the bullets to pass above him, which should be possible if the bullets were as slow as in McWar or if Vincz had been falling for a long time (+360), increasing his acceleration to the speed he would be falling fast enough (He would die, but he would respawn after killing Hoxy3 and QueenShine, totally worth it.)

1. Not a possibility if the bullets are actually travelling at 800-900 m/s, as they should be
2. A bullet-proof vest would be useless at this range, especially against an assault rifle and/or smg
3. There are no nearby buildings from which they can jump off in order to achieve high velocity, so we can safely assume he just jumped sideways

1. It is not about the speed, but about the perspective
2. This is mcwar, a m16 from this distance wouldn't hurt
3. We're on an airport here, there are enough places he could have jumped of from (ex. a plane)
