It is probably possible but you would need to play very cautiously and be very careful about what you do.
It is a good idea but generally if I'm being spawn camped, I just jump sprint my way through with my spawn protection and kill all the spawn...

Coding a killstreak in the plugin doesn't take generally too long, it does take time to adapt it and all that but for 2.0 update of mc-war there...
