Be careful not to go overboard with the quartz blocks. I know it can get tempting, but you have to try to resist using too much of it ;)

I'm looking forward to the new map voting system in particular, as well as the SMG's.
There's no point in us worrying about what they'll be now. Just don't think about it and enjoy the surprise when the update comes out :D
If it's a major issue, rather than altering the map, perhaps the location of the spawns could be changed in order to make it fair for both sides.
Having seen the map, I have to say that it's lacking in both size and detail.
For the quality of your builds, you don't really need WE.
