It used to be 15 seconds. People wanted it changed to 7-8 seconds so people can't tp in. That was fixed. We can't ban people for simply DDoSing...

Yes, macros are fixed. People can't shoot immediatly. People are still able to shoot a little bit faster if they have a macro that shoots the guns...
