It doesn't hurt to have a JMod for kitpvp, and I can have people vouch for me saying that the server is infested with hackers half the day.
I don't think you understand the system. You can't apply for Mod straight up. You sign up for JMod, and if they like you, you get promoted to Mod....

I think it's mideast, like Ohio maybe. Because People on west coast get 110 ms, while an east coast player like Gehenna gets 50-70 ms
