The concept of killing a guy to get a perk itself is not a good idea, you can just camp and put tons of c4 everywhere and kill whoever comes in.
Bassicly anybody in your clan can be mod if you're lvl is over 31 + also mods on your clan CAN kick you and become owner so be careful about who...
Should take you like 5 seconds to reload cause this gun would be op if you reload in 2 seconds
Not a good idea, you can become to op if you just have to kill a guy 3 times to get more c4, not a good idea at all
