    The hit detection on PvP has been an issue even before 1.8, though. Is there really no way that it can be fixed?

    NC+ also might be why the hit detection is so crappy on Brawl. None of those servers have NC+ and I also ran into this same hit detection issue...

    I'd prefer the current hit detection over a crappy, bugged out one. Although, it'd be great if the hit detection could be restored to normal.

    The soup plugin is fine, the hit detection is what's annoying. Hit detection is one of the reasons I lost my interest on the PvP server. :v
