I've seen players on WarZ sprint hack. They use a timer I believe. They sprint and run like normal.

Lots of donors hack. I've teamed with hackers that were donors, and fought them. They're all over the nether.
When a player is sneak hacking, they move at normal speed but are crouched. This would give them extreme advantages.
