i changed it to 3 uses and when i say a delay of 1.5 seconds thats basically it's rate of fire

before the nerf maybe but after... well now it is worse than l118a :/
remember c4 can kill through walls :V plus it has an arc so even though it has long range it is hard to hit at long ranges. maybe 3? :P
right now the tomahawk is basicly useless, yes it may be insta kill but with only 1 use per life it is not effective enough for a donor lethal,...
