but you can still go in normal lobbies, not every level 31- would go in a 31- only lobby.
why not? you can still join normal servers. also you can't join smaller servers to get just level 31+
it was 5 seconds O.o also still with 10 second "freeze" effect by the time the freeze wears off you will be able to freeze the enemy again...
either way it would just be a big clusterf*ck i would rather stay in normal lobbies.
this gives you the option to play with only level 31- (if you are level 31-) or only level 31+ (if you are level 31+) you can still play with both...
but then if you donate for crossbow why donate again to get into a lobby to use crossbow? O.o
still if the reload is 5 seconds then the firerate is 1 shot every (some time less than 5 seconds) and with that you could freeze half the...

even more takes away the point of donating for crossbow... why go donate for crossbow when you can go in a lobby that gives you one for free?
a gun that freezes everyone for 10 seconds with a 5 second reload that will not help the server at all...

i can tell someone to stop doesn't mean they will stop.
this isn't about showing crazy ****, this is about posting idea's about stuff that might actually help the server.
please don't spam server idea's unless they actually have some detail and work put into them thank you.
way to much ammo. not being able to run for 10 seconds? just pure annoying. no clip size. with this your enemies will basicly never be able to move.
your idea's are short and undetailed. as for this idea scavenger + sleight of hand = OP.
-1 takes away point of donating for crossbow.
