I had a problem like this on another server that I used to play. Basically, a hacker manages to get a bunch of accounts online by using a client....
I'm not exactly sure the lvl is right for this weapon. It's the same lvl unlock as the MSR, but it does seem powerful as this does more damage...

The point of SMGs is to have a firerate as good as a Minigun, not the knockback. Knockback is just an extra feature that makes the SMGs so potent.
