    Unlikely by how you described it. But there is tracking. Perhaps they were tracking around the nether and found your base. There has been a lot of people talking about nether bases, at least form what I've seen so maybe they got lucky and found your base. Or you might have a rat? Someone who told an enemy the cords to your base. It's most likely hackers but i'm just trying some other possibilities.

    They tried to trick us and blamed D3 for it, but we are sure thats a lie.
    Maybe they found our main base with tracking, but not all secret chest
    They were good hidden and they mined directly to it.

    These x-ray users should be banned. its not fun to play when someone are using x-ray and can raid you easy
