Knockback

I would like to see this implemented, but it might get rather annoying.

Nerfing deagle is gonna make it awful, but knock back could get decreased. But not hip or damage or fire rate....

 

Actually, that does not happen. It is impossible to be flung back by being hit by a bullet. It is against the laws of physics. This is because as the bullet penetrates the target, it disperses it's kinetic energy very rapidly, so you don't go flying. This applies to all guns, no matter the muzzle velocity. So, knockback is not realistic, it is rather the opposite. The "power" of a gun only affects range, velocity, trajectory, and target penetration.

Again, bullet velocity of the gun does not judge the power of a gun. You forgot factors such as cartridge types. The Desert Eagle uses the .44 Magnum cartridge, which is often used for hunting and sport shooting, and has a velocity of only 470 meters per second. Compared to the FN Five Seven, which uses smaller, but armor-piercing rounds that can travel at a faster 650 meters per second. So technically, the Five Seven is more powerful than the Desert Eagle. As a result, the Five Seven is used more often in military applications, while the Desert Eagle is popular with civilian sport shooters.

Knockback/Recoil + NoCheatsPlus is really annoying, they are really laggy together!

 

Exactly. This is why they should take away knockback.

 

Knockback is pretty useful in infect, but it can shoot people OoM. Has to be removed in some ways. Same with model, you can use the recoil to glitch OoM, for instance, on Downturn
