A: We do not sell or release any of our plugins.

Q: I got a new account! Will you transfer...
A: In general, we do not do any kinds of level, item, or purchase transfers. The only exceptions are ranks and kits can be transferred within 3 days after the purchase.

Q: My friend was banned and they don't know what for!
A: You can view our in-game ban lookup here and our forum ban list here.

Q: What coupon/promotion codes are out for your store?
A: We currently do not have any discount codes for our stores.

Q: I changed my Minecraft username, how do I update my forum name?
A: Hover over your name in the top left and click "Update Username".

Q: How do I change the title below my forum username?
A: Visit https://www.brawl.com/account/personal-details and edit your "Custom Title". However, you must be a Lifetime rank.

Q: How can I see the ranks/kits/classes of another player?
A: You can view our purchase lookup here.

Q: How do I add an image to my signature?
A:

• Copy a direct URL of an image (ending in .png, .jpg, .gif, etc)
• Click the image button
• Paste the link
• Press Insert

Q: How do I make text clickable?

• Type what you want to hyperlink
• Select the words
