    Nearly all of your ideas are extremely OP. Please tone them down a by because owning one of these would basically mean that you would be invincible.

    Change the radius. Is this a grenade launcher, or a bomb meant to be carried by bombers?
    I would change the radius to 3 blocks; it's just a grenade launcher, not a mobile artillery cannon.

    I would speed up the grenade, and define how much ammo the grenade launcher gets. Other than that, it's balanced, I guess. (although a grenade launcher should have a 1 round clip, and a 3-4 second reload...)

    Range 5 blocks? Throwing regular grenades with hands has more range are you kidding?

    Not really, a radius of five blocks is bigger than you think, that is over 75 blocks if area (5^2x3.14

    Plus if you are up high you may have an advantage...
    For example when someone is running in a door way you could shoot them from on top of the building

    Still a bit low. If there was ever to be a grenade launcher, it should shoot very far, have 1 shot per clip, and have a very loooong reload. The current damage and explosion radius for grenades would be fine though.
