    I honestly don't know what to do now. We're going to reset the computer this weekend to its factory settings to see if that will work, just wipe the whole thing clean.

    Did all of that and still can't log in and set my clock to the right setting, the only thing I can do now is wipe my entire computer and start from scratch, I hope that works, if it doesn't I really don't know what to do.

    You don't need to take it that far...
    Just delete your .minecraft folder. (Back up your singleplayer worlds)
