Admins do nothing to hackers

A super mod was on!

 

I understand this. However, when a person is running three times the normal speed, and my three players online in my team are screaming in chat about hacks, I would think the person is hacking.

The server had my team, the hacker, the s-mod, and a few non donors online. The chat was dead and I know he was not dealing with another hacker because he responded right away.

Could be any of them. It really doesn't matter though because staff asked me who it as. Also, I see this happen a lot. The staff never really helps.

 

I understand this. However, I can't record on my computer. Also, what is the point of me recording if a s-mod can just tp and watch him?

That is like me driving my car when I get side-slammed by another car that ran a red light. A cop is behind me when I get hit and pulls up to me. He tells me to call the cops to report the accident then leaves.

 

This isn't a flame war really. It's just an argument over whether or not staff should help out if a player online accuses someone of hacking.

 

If a staff member wants to play the game instead of doing their job they should be demoted in my opinion. I lost the best gear I had ever earned to a hacker and the staff allowed it because he just wanted to play. I find it okay for a moderator to just play, but not a s-mod.

 

First off, you can't just quote something without quoting the rest of the text around it. You are making it look like I said our staff does nothing when really I meant our staff does nothing when they are online and a hacker is online.

Second, I can't record with my old computer. I can barely play on this server.

Third, stop jumping to conclusions. I never wanted the player banned just because I said they were hacking. I requested the s-mod to tp to me so he could see the player hacking, then ban them.

 

The difference in this scenario was I was back in the battle with the hacker, whereas most players call hacks after they die then log. I made a specific request to the s-mod saying "tp to me there is a hacker in the nether. If you tp you can see him clearly hacking." Most players would say the player was hacking but would not be with that player.

Locking for players saying I am saying stuff I never said. It's too annoying.
