He doesn't have to follow MLA format and cite his sources.

Do you see a Copyright on FGM's textures?
No.
Then it's not illegal.
There's a thing called Creative Commons License. He's allowed to use them.

And I doubt someone's going to go through the work to find out his identity and where he lives to prosecute him and take him to court over a few pixel textures that took about 5 minutes.

This is freaking Minecraft, and I don't want to hear another antiplagiarism speech the one from my 8th grade language arts teacher was enough.

 

I have seen these textures

ShotBow had a competition to make them a texture pack for Wasted. These textures where in the person who won's texture pack. Though they are in Ferrullos Gun Mod. This means he probably stole the FGM textures without anyone realising. Therefor it is not stealing textures from ShotBow but FGM.
