    There would not be two times more spam, people who want to spam will spam anyway.

    They'd probably be warned and banned before they reach atleast 200 posts, and if they do reach 200 posts, they'll have a bad reputation. For the people like me who may post in waves of about 5 in about 3 minutes, this would be good to put in. I'm in for the idea, and hopefully the spammers will be long gone before any real damage is done.

    Remember it doesn't have to be replying to a topic, it could simply be posting on peoples profiles or posting on something like counting staff edition.
    A post does not have to be long, I find myself having to wait for the time to go to 0 quite a lot before I can post.

    You may be replying quickly to multiple topics or profile posts at the same time.

    I don't have anything against it. It couldn't hurt anyone. The community is strong and well held together and if there was a spammer he would be dealt with accordingly.
