Mojang removing buy craft and etc?

Then it becomes purchasing. They worded it just right to where this happens. You may donate for a server, but if anything is received in return, that donation becomes a purchase.

 

But from what I've heard, nothing has actually been changed. They're just making the EULA more public; there was nothing added to it.

 

What you don't understand is what was said that made him tweet these things.

• In the first tweet, someone probably complained about not receiving VIP or something of the sorts and he had to explain to them that VIP is purchased through the server.
  
  
• In the second tweet, he explains that selling items on a server violates the Terms of Service
  
  
• In the third and fourth tweet, I am uncertain about what this is saying.
  

With this being said, these were tweeted May 28. As far as I am aware, the EULA was changed in the last couple of days.
