    This may be hard to code, but this is how I thought of putting a reload on cbow:

    When reloading, the arrows are removed from your inventory, but when it is done reloading, you have the arrows back, including arrows you might have earned from scav

    I agree with what you're saying, but honestly, the mini gun IS sort of pay to win. If you have a mini gun and use it in FFA, you'll most likely win. Every time I see someone using a mini gun on ffa on ANY server, they win. It's either the mini gun or the skullcrusher. Nothing else (from what I'm seeing, nowadays, if they have the mini gun, most players use it on ffa).

    For the c4 they fixed the problem they nerfed it for thev2.0 like radius is 1 or 2 and for kill a guy in infect must put 2 c4 and not 1

    No, in the update server the C4 was bugged, and it did literally no damage.
