MC-WarZ Event: Results & Summary

I agreed, our whole team looted then we just die .-.

 

Sadly, I missed it but the video looks pretty interesting.

 

Alright, let's talk.

I honestly felt the event was sub par.

1. The winners were DDoSed
2. The event was extremely far from spawn.
3. If you didn't have a donor rank, you couldn't really participate.
4. There were full d's camping the area, so you couldn't get in if you tried.
5. The winners of the second round weren't enclosed, so they were killed after getting the loot.

All in all, if you are to do this again, try to have it a little closer to spawn, or at least easier to get to. That's all really you can fix, the rest is our fault.

 

I thought it was a lot of fun. I always thought of warz as a medium to inspire the clash of huge teams, fighting in a storm of wholesale slaughter. That was what this was, and even though I didn't last as long as I hoped, it was still a blast.

 

I loved it, even though I kept dying :V

I would just really like to thank all the admins and the mods and S-Mods too, to take the time to organize and participate this event and I think this shows all those pessimists who think that you don't care about WarZ, that you do, and that things in WarZ are going to get better, not worse. So thank you.

Next time I'll be prepared :V


I think one way it could've improved, was that basically, everyone died at least once. I didn't see a single person get through that event without dying. This makes it quite unfair on the non-donors, it takes them ~10 minutes to walk back to where they died, even if they can make it, so maybe next time an event like this could be held a bit closer to spawn?

Maybe a treehouse fight in the Jungle or something?

Overall, I thought it was very well executed and there's very little I think you could improve on

 

In my opinion it was a totally new and awesome experience for our WarZ community. We could probably spice it up between every event such as a holiday-themed base for Christmas, or a more defensive base with bigger loot.

This was our first try, so there's always room for improvement for the next one! Suggest, improve, and get creative with these ideas!

I really like events like this but the only problem was that the first winner got booted off by somebody (not going to mention any names to avoid flame war and please do not quote me on this about the names).
Still, it's fun to see events like this.

 

I was on teamspeak with the second winner, and he never got booted offline to my knowledge. But the first winner did get booted offline. That I know for a fact.

 

I had a blast even though I died really early in the first round but lasted a bit in the second, tons of fun and it was intense.

 

What is this special ammo that I am seeing?

 

I.. was gone for a week and I missed like 2 years of events :C

In my opinion the event was a good experiment, now we know how we can make more events that are more fun for everyone.

We are glad for everyone that enjoyed themselves. To everyone that did not, we are sorry.

Just when about the event started, I went to sleep... [#Different TimeZones.] Good job on all the people that won!

 

I can't believe I couldn't make it, but I imagine it was cool to participate in.
I imagined a horde of players just bomb rushing the base while we attack them.

It seemed like fun. We definitely should do more of these events in the future.

 

It was a pretty cool event! There should be big events like this every month or so!
