    Recoil, sure I guess.
    Reload, not really sure, maybe something like what brawler said about having a 100-200 round magazine.
    Slowness 3, no just no.
    I don't want to have to camp with my minigun when I use it, having this added would actually give me a disadvantage when trying to rush because I would take forever to get anywhere.

    The Minigun was yes, buffed when recoil was added, but the recoil was a fair balance.

    Yes for the reload (100 Rounds)
    Yes for the recoil (A lot)
    No for the slowness (you pay $5 for it, slowness is taking it too far)
