The Era's of Warz

WarZ is complete **** nowadays. What could have been a well made server with enjoyable settings is actually nothing but MVPs who are no older than 12 years old and types the most horrid words you could ever read in the chat.

 

I feel like I made a big influence on Era 5 with my solution to macros thread. I helped come up with the fun delay idea that removed macros.

 

Honesly I hope the community gets better, I know a lot of people hate hackers (I hate them), but honestly I just want the DDOS gone. You have little kids getting killed then BAM!! you go offline its so ****in annoying. In general the Mcbrawl servers are all really amazing and a lot of hard work put into them but warZ, raging over a game? Really? That just proves how bad you are if you DDOS, because I have never seen people take a game to the extreme like this.

You won't go offline if you're smart. I'm not even smart and I don't go offline... My skype is bob8is8cool for Pete's sake. It's your fault really.

But that's a topic for another day.

Um lets just say "kills a full diamond" "Goes offline for 5 hours" "Pulls of a clutch" "Chat gets spammed with hacks,ddos threats" Great community right ?

 

Well you are lucky I've only been DDOSED twice and it was for 6 or so hours first one second one not much happened it was like 30mins

I use a different router than my parents because if they found out I wouldn't see minecraft or my computer again

 

This is a really good thread about the ages of WarZ; it's a shame that I have only been here for the latest one.
And a word on the DDoSing part of the community: In the end if you get DDoSed then it is 50% your fault. If you let people / give out your Skype then you have to take responsibility for what happens after that. I know that 99% of Minecraft servers don't have this issue, but it all comes down to your internet safety in the end.

 

There's also the zombies on the new servers right? Remember those that you love so much!

I agree that the social standard of the WarZ community did at one point plummet. I've been with McBrawl for almost a year now, so I feel that I have a good idea of what it's like and I can say confidently that it has massively improved from what it was, 4-5 months ago, to what it is today.

Sure, you still get the occasional "recorded gg" and whatever. But, I'd rather that than the constant DDoS threats that we had before this.
