Carepackage Audio

    The server has an end game audio after you beat the game, but other than that there are none. So how about spicing things up with a little call of duty audio for deploying your well earned care package.
    When the player right clicks in a valid spot for the killstreak to land an audio would play that says "care package on the way" over the radio. They can do this the same way they made the nuke sound.
    Best of all we can use this for mc-war as well!
