    Oh yeah, and a mutation in the disease transformed into more Pokemon.

    The nanobots get destroyed after they were in the rain too long. Jesus takes over Gods position and then makes more Pokemon. The disease gets cured by Jesus's urine. Everything about Pokemon is revived.

    Jesus leaves to be with God. And all the angels too. And everything and anyone with supernatural powers. Then the robots were rebuilt with waterproofing, fireproofing, electrical proofing, and force fields. Over a google nanorobots have been deployed to every corner of reality to disassemble all Pokemon molecule by molecule. The robots can adapt to any defense and any conditions and are unable to become anything new.
