A perk which disguises you as the player you killed.

Overkill, makes it so you can have a primary as your second (NOT DONOR GUNS)oh wait, iso and skully (this can be really OP)

Mule Kick or something like that. It would give you 2 primary guns (I believe this is like snipers, shotties, not pistols). This, being very OP, would only give you 50% of the regular guns ammo that you should have. Considering you can't use scav at the same time as doing this, it wouldn't be too OP if you did this. So like if you did skully and Iso, you'd only receive 32 ammo for both of them.

Rusher perk.
Gives you a speedboost, basically makes you zembie in any gamemode, the speed not instafistofdeath.

 

They've already got one with that, it's actually called speed. @Zippy999

A perk called expander. It dobles your explosive range on grenades and other explosives/explosive guns. This would be usefull in infect and I would add this because I feel that there isn't any infected based perks(perks for the zombies)
