Bug Chat is crazy censored

the abbreviation afk (away from keyboard) is also censored...

 

Oh also why is minigun censored? When I wrote minigun time it changed to ******** time. I'm pretty sure the word minigun isn't foul language last time I checked

 

It wont even let me use caps :V 2 caps like GG turns into ********

 

u missed minigun, minigun is also censored for some people

Chat filters are useless anyway. Usually all they manage to do is annoy people. See, if you censor the word 'minigun' for example (which serveral people have said it is lolwut) you can just say m!nigun, or m i n i g u n, or m1n1gun, the list goes on. And this is the case with all censored words. And then there's the anti-grammar system that prevents you from using like 2 or more punctuation marks in one message, don't even get me started.

My vote is just scrap the entire plugin :V

This plugin contains chat filtering, spam protection, advertisement protection, player muting, global private messaging, global friends list, full player ignoring/blocking, cosmetics, etc. To simply "scrap" the entire plugin would be to destroy this server's progress.

We that are of a higher position than the average players have capable hands to carry out tasks that are in your best interest, and we HIGHLY suggest everybody stops worrying. We will fix any outstanding issues that result from this update.

"Nig" and "Fk" will be fixed next update, along with the friend joining/leaving messages.

Progress comes one foot at a time.
