Regarding joeymast99's Ban

I am indecisive. I do want Joey to be unbanned. But as Joey stated, he did not do anything bad on @kjhgamer account. But.

I am not 100% sure if Joey is telling the truth. A friend of mine @ryan2792 said he got ddosed by kjhgamer. @jakob112 also told me he got ddosed by kjhgamer as well. He even posted a video to show me. We have kept the video private. If you want to view the video you can ask us. I am not too sure whether Joey actually did not do anything bad on kjh's account.

Another thing. Kjhgamer/joeymast99 was ddosing an innocent person. I forgot the name of that person. However the person made a thread about @kjhgamer ddosed me or something. @kjhgamer/joeymast99 replied to the thread. To summarize what he said he said this:

I share the kjhgamer account with my friend and my brother. My friend is very naughty so he is very immature and sometimes tends to boot people offline.

I am not sure if Joey was telling the truth about that. He may be telling lies, or he maybe telling the truth.

This is why I am indecisive about this. Joey says he has changed but on his kjhgamer account, people say they have been ddosed by kjh.

 

You can't really prove someone DDoSed you anymore.

 

People also have suspicions that kjhgamer might have ddosed @Gynamo although I do not believe this is true

I do believe you have changed on the DDoS part, but there is another thing that you did that made me very sad. You were the one that started the noob calling trend, that has been popular to this day. In my opinion that ruined 50% of the brawl experience. A long time ago, the chat was very clean, people even said things like "good shot" when they died on a streak. That has been replaced by constant raging and cussing. You were very popular in your prime, and i know that burnt you out. But people always have "heroes" that they look up to, nearly everyone does. When you started saying things like "iso noob", your fans started doing the same because they want to be just like you. I do want you to get unbanned joey, but i want you to keep one thing in mind: I'm fine if you rage or not, but there is no need to say it in chat, it's just like ddos: Nobody earns anything from it. You can scream and do whatever you want, but doing the same thing again will only make the community raging even worse. Not really. Most of the community still had sense, but with people looking up to Joey, they followed him. Then new members joining follow the others and it becomes a cycle.

 

You can't really blame all of the community on one player :l

 

Have to agree with that. All joeymast did was add fuel to a fire that was already burning.

Well here is my view. I looked up to Joey. Hell, I loved him (no homo). But that moment when I added him on Skype I felt great. I was thinking: im gonna be so popular! Well, yes, but not in a good way. We would talk daily. I blew off friends to talk to him, out of the fear he would do something bad to me. And something bad happened: I did get ddosed. I actually cried. I was scared. But that was the old Joey.

Now, Joey is good. And I forgive him. You may not, because of his previous acts and doings, but he has changed. And he'll prove it. If you can give kcl a shot, the person who threatened to swat me, and almost did, then at least give Joey a shot. I am not friends with Joey. I believe that everyone can change. Kcl did. Joey can. In my family we think everyone can change. No matter how long it takes. Joey's case took a year I believe. But at least he changed. Please unban him. I am on a phone, so I cannot vote. I would say yes. Good luck Joey.

 

No, People don't change. Brawl is what made him what he is, why bring he back to where it began so it just starts again. Its really just retarded to unban him.

 

I think what public is saying, is that if we unban him, that we run the risk of starting the process again.

So if I go downloaded a hacked client or talked **** to everyone, got banned, realized how much of a dick I was and was sorry, stopped doing it completely, and made a successful ban appeal means I wouldn't have changed?

 

He will be under watch. If he does it again, he will be banned. He knows better now. Don't judge him on the past. give him a chance in the present.

 

I am not saying that it is going to happen. I am clarifying Public's concerns.

 

You guys fail to see what happened, He started ddosing and ect. BECAUSE of war BECAUSE of Warz BECAUSE of brawl. I don't care if he "changed" he will do it again, even if he was bad at it.

 

Then ban him again with no tolerance and no possible way of unban?

 

That's what this ban was supposed to be.

 

It took us way to long to do it the first time, Why risk it. Also for the video because I haven't addresd that, Even I can put on puppy eye's and say I'm sorry.
