How would you react if MC-War was balanced?

Balancing would allow new players a real opportunity to enjoy the server, this is crucial for growth, I remember at the start I got pretty mad at how over-powered everyone was comparatively.

 

Another thing i have to say is that shotguns are ridiculously underpowered, at 1-2 block range it takes me 3 shots to kills someone with a M10

 

Oh so many people would either quit or move to another McBrawl server

I would also most likely rage if my precious snipers and automatics were changed.

 

Totally agreed (what if you were a level one and you are new to this server and mcbrawl? Wouldn't you feel like it's useless to play against all these mini gunners,cbow spammers and ISO? Well this is how more than half our community (the non prestige) feel about this. I feel like something should be done to help these people who are suffering from a cbow spammed of mini gunner, something must be done to at least give new players a CHANCE at killing us 30+ and higher people. And I would suggest this is a great idea)

 

I wouldn't mind honestly. It would bring in an entire new play style and more of a challenge. +1

 

Who's to say it's not too unfair now? And if so, why have we not had a massive drop in players?

And staying on the server to rank up to the better guns was the only reason I ever stayed.

 

I feel like with enough balancing it could be good but bad at the same time. All really depending on what type of player you are.

 

People would actually have to have skill to survive and get killstreaks, not 50$

i am a mini and cbow user and i want it to be implemented

 

First what level are you? If you don't have elite guns yet, it is hard to rank up when you are continuously getting one-shotted.

 

I would play every day all day

 

Hackusations are going to go down a tenfold. Rage won't be as prominent. A lot of newer players would stick around, since they wouldn't be mauled the first time they played.
All in all, I like it. +1.

 

Honestly the guns are balanced to a point, shotguns would need to be buffed slightly so where they can actually kill someone from 3 blocks away, to me everything else is fine. It's not the guns themself, it's how you use the guns.

When you rank up you want to actually have a better gun then you had before. Cod isn't battlefield brawler :x.

Edit - Python needs some kind of nerf.

 

58, almost 59. But trust me, I remember how it was like back then. And I didn't mind it at all. I thought it was challenging and gave me something to work towards. And I have proof I thought that.

 

Some of these could be tweaked a bit, but other than that, I think it would be a great idea.
It would add new flavor to the game, and I think I might actually have fun on ctf instead of getting killed by someone with super armor and a Minigun before you can even scope in.
Some people complain that your ideas aren't the best because people should work for good guns. Honestly, you shouldn't rely on a weapon to carry you through a match, you should rely on yourself. You should work for skill, not guns.
Really good players can make any gun look good, but other players won't do half as well because they don't have half the level of skill as others.
What I'm trying to say is, if you play a lot and practice using guns properly, you will do great even if your gun is equal to someone else's.

Never the 60+ and 100+ people work toward those op guns, so they shouldnt be nerfed or anything, for me the l120 is perfectly fair cause you work hard to get it, same with other guns above level 32, etc. etc.

 

If they balanced the donor guns and made the lower level guns more powerful, then I'd actually come back and play War as my main server.
