Mc-War Moderation Problems

I think it depends on who is playing as well. I typically fill in as the cop on the beat when I play...keeping the piece in the Wild West.

 

Reporting rule breakers helps us out a lot, please try to report a rule breaker when you see one. If you can't you can always PM map out it or a SMod.

 

Spreading moderators out and assigning 1 mod to each would just be a disaster. Why?
Staff members can be in different timezones
Eg. While i go off to school another mod is sleeping.
Lets say i was assigned to server 6, who will be moderating that server when i'm busy doing something else, sleeping or at school? Gmods can't always be on war servers as they've got their own server to moderate such as creative, fps, warz etc
I have said it once and i'll say it again, when people are noob calling or hackusating in chat, a PM is sent by the staff member on the server at the time to the other member. The message tells them what they've done wrong, how to avoid doing it again and the consequences that will follow if they did it again.
So if someone starts saying "ISO NOOB!!" And a staff member is on the server then be sure that a pm has been sent. Mods may look like they aren't stopping them but trust me, we are doing our best.
All i think that should happen is /rules on the war servers need an edit. This is because when someone starts being rude to another person etc etc you tell them to stop and they simply reply with "its not in /rules!!" I can't blame them, it isn't in /rules but its part of the all server rules that Colonel wrote saying "respect all members and staff" very little people know that rule.
Its not the best idea to spread and assign mods to each server, server 1 can't deal with only 1 mod sometimes and a fellow staff member may need help from time to time.
