McBrawl's Future

Keep your place kid. Mojang runs the game with the most copies ever sold on PC. They know where they're doing, and some kid in school doesn't. They also can do whatever they want, since it's their game. However, they aren't changing anything. Well, they are changing the EULA but that's to add cosmetic donations. They could have wiped out all donations and forced everyone to play realms. The didn't though. Now buy a hat and shut up and enjoy McBrawl.

@2000beast since you probaly wont read EULA basically Mojang wants the server experience to be the same for every individual. So they are stopping donations (like for mvp and vip) so the experience will be fair for the people that haven't donated. Read this

They haven't stopped donating they just made it so its fair

 

Mojang is not trying to replace servers with realms...... There trying to make it easier for people who don't want to buy it on a website.... This is just really idiotic and is totally bias...

You don't know exactly what will happen really. The cosmetics may be a huge hit, but then again they may not be. Chickeputty is only Head-Admin, and he does a large amount of things revolving McBrawl. Chaploo is the one who created this server and holds the rights on it.
EULA keeps the server from absolutely mauling the new players with nothing. Everything is fair in the EULA. As long as we follow the guidelines, we will continue to play our beloved server. The EULA may hurt donations, but it won't completely abolish them.

 

Ticks me off when 10 year old kids go and cry that donating has stopped and the server will close. There is so much more behind all this they should actually read it before they start complaining

 

The reason why we don't get donations from cosmetics is that we don't have cosmetics yet......

 

If you can show me how they make 10 grand a monthh with correct calculations I will believe you

 

Here's what everyone against there EULA is failing to realize.

When you bought Minecraft, you agreed to the terms of service. You agreed to not buy or sell any parts of Minecraft. Minecraft never really cared, except now they do care. And they have a right to care because the rule has always been there. Anyways, instead of Mojang removing all donations, they allowed servers to keep cosmetic donations. Mojang could have made everyone use Realms if they wish, but they decided to let players have servers and donations. Also, let's not fail to realize that Mojang is NOT at fault because you cannot run your server. If Bill Gates were to open a Minecraft server, donations wouldn't be needed. His server would not be affected by the EULA. Why is Mojang to blame for the lack of funding a server?

Basically kids being idiots and thinking they own minecraft. This is resolved.

 

It works with hypixel... And who said it was going to be $10? You made that up...

Maybe you won't. But there are people out there that would love a balanced server and would love to give money to keep their favourite server running. There are not only people donating here because they want to be OP :/

Brawl would've made less money gradually from the assholes who use the pay2win system. Chaploo doesn't do **** (at least that's what I think) and the administrators are struggling to keep up with the agreement. Your option? Accept it or begone.
