Bug Gun knockback while shooting

    Hello mc-war comunity!
    Today i found out the new knockback while shooting is added, but as you can see here:

    the new knockback while shooting thing is really glichy, i try to jump and i cant move quite well and its like a block is above me... Also if you have quite some lag ( at some point i had 412 ping) so i got kicked for "flying is not enabled on this server" 2 times... i consider the new feature really nice but buggy :frowning: now i can't jump while shooting :-(
    Hopefully this bug will be fixed soon :3

    This is not a bug, its a new addition we have added to our War servers. All guns do knock back now :smile:

    You know this bug was already there when they first released the recoil.

    games do that all the time: they start of with a really bad bug and it takes them a wile to fix but they keep trying to

    This has been an issue with recoil for forever.
    The other alternative is having it launch you backwards, possibly out of the map.
    If you think recoil is unbalanced with some guns, feel free to state alternative opinions for recoil.

    Well in the guns I use it is kinda too much because when you are walking and shoothing with mini for instance, it t
    s freezes you and you die form other hits... Also in skully the moving target concept is ruined.. You cannot be moving while shooting if you do you are kinda teleported back, next to the location u where previously. Recoil is good for iOS once iso is not a mass shooting gun so it's not too affected but the prob is that I for instance suck and I mean suck at iso...

    Soo personally I'm kinda screwed, I think it was better without recoil...

    Let's just say it like this: EVER RECOIL AND KNOCKBACK UPDATE IS BUGGED AND COMPLETLY USELESS. Why you may ask? Well get someone to shot you with a normal snowball :open_mouth:oooooo theres already knockback. And the recoil just destroys the fast paste of mc-war and makes people complain and camp so do us all a favor and just remove it again.

    I'd expect a veteran like you to appreciate the readdition of recoil. :V

    Anyhow, players will eventually cope with this. It's just like change. Most people hate it at first, but they eventually get used to it. Besides, no recoil made certain guns way too op, like Minigun.

    As mentioned many times, having no recoil was the bug. Im glad it was fixed.

    I agree with that, guns had a kind of recoil that dint bug the jump, the movement, the moving target concept, your shooting ,didnt trigger anticheat, ect. It was all better... You can't be exactly the same to cod because its a different game, and once minecraft has some limitations... As you did with other call of duty features that couldn't be applyed and you've ignored them (like crawling) please do so with this once if applyed it solves one problem and brings up tons of others...

    Sorry firestar I don't really understand what you mean? I am a fast paste player I am a rusher and the recoil just destroys everything. You know tho years ago you could MOVE WHILE YOU WERE SHOOTING and thats one of the things I miss at mc-war oh and the recoil BS is one of the main reason why I left the ingame servers.

    great! wait a sec, will this fix the bugs i mentioned above? also will it fix the kicked for flying or related? because i expirienced it and realised its not the lag to blaim, but when you try to go down 1-2 blocks and you shoot same time, it kinda freezes you there in mid air soo.... you are a flying guy!

    Btw the ingame comunity as i realised doesnt quite like this freature, i am planing to upload all the screenies of people saying that in chat later on :smile:
