    It doenst actually has to do more damage, just make it 100% accurate.

    Maybe you the should give it back OSK, then switch it with MSR's level so Barrett would be unlocked at level 27 and MSR would be unlocked at level 16. Then give Iso less reload and viola, you have yourself a pretty balanced sniper selection

    All snipers have the same accuracy when aiming, so this really doesn't make sense.
    Yes, at long ranges the bullet will appear to move to the side but this is only a visual glitch.
    Also no, the point of the iso is that even though the damage is the highest of all weapons to the body and comes with a ton of ammo, every single other stat is either kinda meh or sucks. Reducing the reload time would be fun, but not fair to other weapons.

    A one shot level 16 sniper rifle with better aim than Iso...just no.
