What do you wanna see from us?

At peak times, I message a person every few minutes on War. I have never had a problem.

 

You shouldn't need to warn that many times anyways. If you didn't warn in ./msg, as F1r3tar said, that warning would set an example for other players, and they wouldn't break the rules as often.

 

If players flame, it's your job to warn them. I've seen it happen before, but never very often. Usually if you warn out loud, nothing happens because the player warned will understand.

However, if they do flame, that's their fault for being immature, and you should tell them not to do it. It would cause a lot less flaming if you just warned out loud.

 

Then there's really nothing you can do to improve besides that.

 

Then whats the point of this thread if you can't change the main problem?

 

Sometimes I never see any moderator's online. And also, they are mainly in private channels, mod+ and AFK. I never really see mods in War channels or WarZ channels.

 

Warning the player in public chat simply seems more effective to me. I mean, what ever happened to the warn kick ban system? If that was followed, there couldn't be a flame-war if you warned the player in the chat.

Example: *Player breaks rule*
Mod: "Player, _____ is against the rules. Please do not do that again. 1. Warn
Player: "It's not against the rules! Besides, I can do whatever I want to #%&@.
Mod: *Kicks Player* 2. Kick
*Player relogs*
Player: You can't keep me off the server #$@%#$ go #$@$% @$#%@ @#$$ etc.
Mod: *Temp bans player* 3. Ban

It really should be that simple. If the player argues with a mod, that is against the server rules. They have already broken one rule, and have been warned about it. If they break another rule, they should be kicked. If they break another rule, they should be banned! Warn, kick, ban. I don't see any issues with this. It's simple and effective.
