    I'm pretty sure it's when a server enters 1.8 the rules affect, not 100% sure though. And because we still aren't 1.8 servers we don't need to follow it if that is it.
    There will be EULA. The only way not is if they contact the ones who were part of Mojang to remove the rule. If you want a link I'll get one later because I'm on my iPod right now. It's a end of game/ownership thing made in December and it does say that it will be in affect.

    What? EULA came out long time ago, and the mojang team said that it will start punish people breaking the EULA after august 1st.
    It doesn't seem like they have done anything tho, seeing that a lot of servers are still breaking the EULA.
