I use stopping power and it does work for me. Sknife is always one shot, barret always one shot, and ray is easier to one shot. I'm pretty sure it does work.

 

Criticals: Changes all your hits to critical hits. Unfair in a fight
Freecam: Allows you to fly out of your body. See around corners
HighJump: Makes you jump six times higher. OOM
Jesus: Allows you to walk on water. Jesus used this hack ~2000 years ago. Unfair on maps like hydro and Luckypop used this on a non-brawl faction server
Jetpack: Allows you to jump in mid-air. Looks like if you had a jetpack. Ez OOM
PlayerESP: Allows you to see players through walls. Like Xray, unfair
Protect: Follows the closest entity and protects it. OP
Regen: Regenerates your health 100 times faster. #undefetable and completly unfair
RemoteView: Allows you to see the world as someone else. see who is walking towards you
Step: Allows you to step up full blocks. Like a horse
Timer: Changes the speed of almost everything. Walk super fast
Tracers: Draws lines to players around you. Unfair
360° Rotation: Instantly turn aroun
AimBot: advantage For all shot/thrown projectiles (must be shot by bow or thrown by player)
BowAimBot: cbow is now 10x deadlier
Fly: fly
ForceField: kills everything in range
NoSlowDown: spider webs and water movement do not slow you down
Sneak: when you shift you do not slow down, when sneaking you move as fast as someone who is walking or sprinting

NoClip = pass through walls
Level Up = level up
Bullet Spam = shoot weapons faster, e.g. sniper firing like a minigun
Teleport = teleport
C4/Nade = get a grenade to kill someone illegitly, such as throwing it impossibly high

Let's add some extra information.
NoClip is pretty much not possible, easy to know why.
Level up hacks are impossible. It's all done server side. They probably bought a sh*tton of xp.
Bullet spam is impossible, for all weapon firerates are controlled by the server. You can, however, get past the delay between firing a gun, switching to a different gun, and firing (combo'ing in WarZ) with a macro, which is not allowed.
Teleporting is impossible, pretty obvious. The closest thing to teleporting is probably blink.
C4/nade hacks (getting someone very high with it) is impossible for everyone here is done server side.

 

Fun fact: noclip and teleport are entirely possible without NCP

Indeed...that is a good reason,..anyway.
Mythbusting plan might need some improvements.

 

All the hack clients are detectable unless the user enables something like yescheat+ which enables all mods that are not detectable by NC+ and disables all mods that are detectable by NC+

And a addition to detecting a blinker, keep a eye on your timer and moving players around you, if the user teleports but players around you keep moving or your timer doesnt stop then there is a good chance they are hacking

 

Some people get lucky when I decide not to record, they use some hacks. On underground I was going to record for just because then I saw a guy next to wall where there are no ladders/vines/etc to climb on and the guy climbed a wall up 2 blocks almost out of map. It was infected so I had to kill him before he went out. (I didn't think of taking a screenshot at the time..) Another was wmd (infect again..) and I was in the room next to zombie spawn. I wasn't lagging or people frozen. I saw the guy on the ground and then somehow jumped and blink I guess through the wall behind me which there was a wall and killed me. I could tell he went behind me because as I died he kept running forward. I really pick bad moments to not record :/
