I go to the pic. download it, Then put it in paint. Then cut out the background and put it in a texture pack xD

You shouldn't be so quick to make assumptions. For all you know the person you're making an assumption about May be a great resource pack maker, but just wants to put these retextured weapons in a pack for the public. Also, you may want to read this.

It's not good to rage/flame in a thread. Don't do it.

Honestly, I don't see why he didn't release it in the first place. Seeing as the textures were so similar to the default MC-War textures (https://www.brawl.com/wiki/guns-war), I don't understand why he didn't release it. There's really no point in making a thread showing off your resource pack if it's not going to be released ever.
I hope this is released later so that the whole community can enjoy the textures, but until then, no need to get worked up over it. I mean, he hasn't even released the pack yet without permission; he kept it private for himself.

 

@iProTitans I heard turtle didn't even make the pack. He took credit from his friend.
