And laggyest, especially once everyone reaches the shotguns because then you have like 30+ people spamming buck shot (gungame is laggiest gamemode after FFA).

Reason why onein is not here? Because the exe is literally a spas12 that OSK everyone it touches

I wouldn't say gungame is the most skillful gamemode, but it's sure is hell the most fair.

I agree that gungame takes the most skill. It is the most balanced gamemode, as you don't always have an OP weapon, and you have to cycle through all of them. This also sets the "pros" apart from the real pros. If you have real skill you can win gungame relatively often, and almost always get 20+ kills. If you are a "pro" you just leave.

Gun game is a way to get players who spam skully and iso to really use their skills to power through the underpowered guns. also, its ffa so watch your back.

I would say that: depending on what server your on of course, tdm in server one is absolute hell. getting out with a positive kdr is actually pretty hard to do. So I would say that and free for all are pretty freakin difficult if you play on the "right" server
    all opinion though

Gungame is awesome for the lvl 1-15 because they can play with the prestiges guns. But for the lvl 40+ i think it's CTF and TDM

But this is regarding the most skillful gamemode.
To be forced to use the non prestige weapons in gun game is forcing everyone to be on the same playing field. In CTF/TDM, the other players don't have much of a chance if you have the Skullcrusher.
My opinions, of course, but I don't think it takes too much skill to kill guys as they're leaving their spawn while using the Skullcrusher

I see skill not as one aspect but several. Skill with something in particular, as in other games I have played, I was awesome at using a particular class (engineer from battlefront 2) and did extremely well because I knew the class thoroughly and it fit my playstyle, yet even though I had high skill in using the games engine, I played poorly with other classes, even with practice. I see skill as how well you can figure out at least one thing, and do well. Doing that one thing well in addition to others is where I would call it being "pro".
In other words, I consider skill the ability to perform to the highest in at least one or more factors, increasing depending on how many factors you can perform well in. Yeah, that one guy who can play well with wooden sword and D armor is skilled, but that guy who does that and no armor with D sword equally well is more skilled as he does better in more factors. Kinda a bad way to explain it but thats my perspective. . .

On topic, I would say gun game as well for about the same reasons. Not by much however. Gun game removes most all imbalances normally found in matches. No one spot can truly be camped endlessly and everyone is equipped similarly. Skills in aim, target prioritization, awareness, and weapon proficiency are the key to winning. I would argue that FFA actually is not far behind, despite the lag, as people choose their best weapons against yours, meaning how you play with your weapon compared to them is an additional factor, but the lag makes me put it second, as you also can get spawnkilled easier as weapons overall are stronger.

Gungame takes alot of skill, this is when I bring out my speed perk and run around knifing people!

Gungame test your skill with all guns and even the knife!
    1+ to GG

im saying this because i win alot of gungames

You have to take into effect EVERYONE, and there is always a bunch of high level campers in tdm.

OITC in my opinion takes quite a bit of twitch training. Even with the "easy button" using the Executioner. The spread does NOT guarantee a kill. As such, there's quite a bit of deviation from the fire pattern. And at times, yes. A sword was needed. At the end of the day. It does come down to how much you're willing to roll the dice.

I did specify Battlefront 2 in my post :stuck_out_tongue:
Basically, it had a shotgun which while good in cqc, sucked at range, it got quite bad quickly i should mention. . . also could only osk in extremely cqc unless you got headshots.
you had no secondary, as you got a repair tool instead, which doesnt hurt anything (in vanilla, some mods allowed them to kill droid units)
you also got detpacks, which are placed/thrown explosives detonated on command. These had surprisingly good reach when thrown and were very strong, as well placed dets could kill even jedi/sith in one strike, but hard to land exactly on target, regular infinatry died in almost the entire blast radius, and it had a fair size.
you also got ammo/health packs, drop one and anyone who picks it up gets ammo and health back. usually used on yourself, it let you get back into a fight from near death or make sure you have plenty of ammo.

The main weakness you had was at range, you could spam shotgun but at anything longer than short to midrange was a waste of time. in cqc, you could run and pop people quickly, and that suited my run and gun aggression perfectly. detpacks were versatile, kill anything weapons, very precious against reward units (jedi, sith, han solo, boba fett, etc) and armor, and anyone else with inflated opinions of themsleves.
repair tool is obvious, but ammo droids were better, i could top everything off from it.
    health/ammo pack. . .nuff said.

Edit: Engineers were also blessed with immunity to the heavy troops mines. . .a blessing on many maps. . .I hated mines. . .especially behind doors. . .and on tanks. . .

I think OITC you only have 3 lives. It makes it a lot harder with people using exe its a very Op gun in OITC

Agreed. But I would have to say that the one in a chamber requires the most skill overall.

The most skillfull gamemode is also Gungame in my opinion: Almost only skill counts in it, because you only get advantages through perks. So everybody has the same chances. I, for example, won a Gungame and EMPed in it with my alt IcelordLP at level 1 with no perks.

In OIC you can just use a executioner with scavenger and you get a major advantage.
