Resignation o/

Yup, this is happening; you’re not imagining it. I never thought that I would resign from Brawl; I loved being here at first but then everything changed.

I’m resigning from staff for a number of reasons:

• I’m not enjoying being a staff member anymore; it has turned into a tedious repetitive task.
• Life; Brawl/Minecraft was a distraction from my life. It’s about time I get out in the real world and actually do something instead of sitting inside all day warning people over a virtual game.
• Community; most of you know how bad the community is sometimes. The main reason I applied for staff was to try to change it, but I stopped trying once I realized it was impossible.

Here are some of my most memorable moments of Brawl:

• Rejoining Brawl after months of inactivity.
• Joining Team BA55.
• Applying for staff – 09/01/14.
• Accepted as a TMOD – 09/28/14.
• Promoted to GMOD – 11/23/14.
• Resigning – 11/29/14.

Oh boy, tags.

@JakeXBL: Oh man, you’ve always been there for me ever since the very start. You were always my favorite staff member until you sadly resigned. You were basically my role model; you were the one who got me out of sticky situations. We’ll still be in touch, hopefully talking about yoga pants and booty grabs.

@TheParakeetLover and @Snail_5_: You guys are my favorite War players, at one point; I wanted to be as good as you in-game. You guys made War fun for me and eventually encouraged me to apply for Brawl; if it wasn’t for you guys, I probably would not have even considered applying. My advice to you guys is to keep being a leader, people look up to that 100+ tag.

@rainywolvess: I never really got to know you, but you were the one person who helped me get to trial and then achieve GMOD. You exposed me to my weaknesses and helped me improve in my lacking areas. I am extremely thankful that you actually took the time to revise my application, thanks a million; I will never forget it.

@Team BA55 (you guys know who you are, not going to tag all of you because I will surely forget some of you): You people were like a family to me; you were always there for me. I will never forget the memories you guys gave me on PvP Survival. Keep aiming to be the best in tracking and PvPing.

Pro tip: don’t let bass track because he’ll get the wrong coords and waste your time.

@The current/future staff team: You guys are in charge of Brawl in so many different ways and get so little credit. You guys know why you’re here and should do your best job at it, no matter what. Keep being a role model to the community and aim for goals. If you get the chance to, discuss how to judge someone’s staff application with rainy, it will change your viewpoint of things and surely help you to be a more successful staff member.

Just so you guys know, I’m not completely leaving Brawl. I’ll be on the forums and TS3 from time to time to check in on how everyone is doing. I’ll play occasionally in-game, if I get the chance to.
