    Whenever I shoot a pistol I don't "punch the air" I ready my gun until it's sight is 100% confirmed on direct hit. This helps your aim, and reduces the pain delt from the recoil over time. (aching)

    The thing is I sometimes shake in excitement or fright so one can easily mess it up.
