Nerf the M4A1

Oh well in the topic Buff the LAW! I said something bad about orange because I was still really mad and overreacted so he banned me even though I edited it. I think he should have just banned for a month so I would learn my lesson :/

 

Here's the deal. You're supposed to earn awesome guns, and I played on a friend's profile for about 30 minutes and earned it. So pros like me who are lv 50+ and have played for 6 months+ get pwned by people who have played for less than an hour. Now, a few people with it isn't an issue, but an army of them is. Please nerf it.

The only problem I have with the m4a1 is the amount of knockback it has. Normally when someone shoots me I can quickly run around a corner or to a position where I can shoot back. But something about the m4 makes it so that if I'm standing next to a wall, I get pinned up against it and can't move, even to the side.

A couple of times I've been on a building or up a staircase and an m4 user shot up from below me, and literally held me in midair until I died.

It's one of those situations where I'm frustrated not because I died, but because there was nothing I could do except land a lucky shot before I die. (Easier said than done.)

 

I've used the M4A1, (horrible level reset) and I ****ing sucked with it. It had no knockback, and absolutely did NO damage.

It's just like the law, it's harder to use than it looks.

 

However annoying it may be to be killed by "noobs", it would be completely unfair if they had all terrible guns and we had really OP guns.

 

I don't think it should be nerfed because the new players need something strong to compare to the skullcrushers and isolators and rayguns that everyone has.

 

Then what's the point of having the skully? If they want good guns, theyhave two options: Donate or earn better ones. It's not unfair. We were all noobs once, too, and we chose one of the two options. I don't see why we should let them off. It defeats the purpose of prestige.

But really, if you are getting killed by lower level players, get better. The skullcrusher is better than the m4, so why are you complaining about the m4? You should be able to kill someone wielding an m4 with the skullcrusher...

 

I think the weapon is a little unfair, but it is also very interesting, I voted to keep it, since I think this post is a little exaggerated.
