    Honestly, this would ruin fights if there are hordes of zombies everywhere that blind you and everything.

    Could there be a zone, or place you needed to go just to get these cures? so that there is a fight to hold down who controls the place where they spawn?

    That would be beyond my recommendation. However, it would be cool if such cures were only located in military bases or certain medical buildings...
