    Only you can be offended by this if you let them. Like many people have said the blocking command exists. I'm sorry that you feel hurt, but it's not easy to fix and make a plug in for someone's self esteem. Someone should really lock this. It seems to keep getting flamed over.

    /ignore seems to be fine as Signatured said. either way I mean it's kinda pointless.

    No, the /ignore command doesn't fully block the other player, it only makes it so they can't PM you in game, which isn't enough. E.g, a person has bullied you and you block them, they spam you to tp, then eventually most people will accept (remembering the bully's can also do /plotme home name!, now, if you accept, they can bully you in your plot or someone else's plot.

    If you add a complete /block you have to add a /msg thingy that can bypass it altho it can only be used like evry 5 min or something. (because I find it really annoying when somone ignores you for an missunderstanding and then you cant ask them to un-ignore...)

    I have had a lot of troubble with cyber bullis in the past. The worst thing is when you have somebody that you know and are/were friends with starts bullying you. However when it comes to random guys starting to spam like "fu** you idiot" for no reason I just think that either; they are jealous, they are Little kids or they are just offended by my superior skills!

    Yes, I understand, but if people block you because of a misunderstanding, just wait, eventually they will forgive you.
