Guide: How to Cancel a PayPal Subscription

This thread will take you through the steps to cancel a PayPal subscription. Since PayPal is currently changing layouts you will have to find the instructions applicable to your account.

If you have the classic (silver) PayPal layout:

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Click "My money".
4. Click Update in the "My preapproved payments" section.
5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.​

If you have the new (blue) PayPal layout:

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click the "gear icon" in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. In the "Payment Settings" section, click the "Preapproved Payments" link.
4. Click "Cancel" or "Cancel automatic billing" and follow the instructions.​

If you don’t have a PayPal account and paid with a Credit Card, you will need to contact PayPal Customer Service by phone.

1. Go to the PayPal website, https://www.paypal.com
2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
3. Click "Call Us", then click "Continue" for PayPal's Customer Service phone number.​

If you neglect to cancel your PayPal subscription, PayPal will continue to send Brawl (Evo Game Inc) automatic payments on your behalf.
