Accepted OLE's Application: Mc-WarZ Mod

Allow me to correct you on a few things. Now 1- In comparison to my previous posts that I had (being around 18) I have made quite a few improvements. Also, It has nothing to do with who it is that voted for me, because alot of the members of the forum are also members in game as well. So, again, I am not only looking for the votes of the newer members, alot of them (once like myself) were only active in game instead of on the forums. I've been a member for quite some time and still, I hadn't said much. Moving on, now, there are several members that have viewed, rated, and some even hated my application. However, I and by no means claim to be the most active, especially considering that these changes happened within a month. There are some people who sub to ever single thread and have to comment. I am not a prowler in that nature. I instead post to topics that either concern or interest me. Not just EVERY thing out there. 800+ post sounds a bit like that could have been a tactic, possibly not. Only you can tell. Now, furthermore, there are several members that have been long time and active persons on the forums, and some (what do you know, staff) have even reviewed my application, Such as Ace, and he has given me his own approval as well. Continuing, I am WELL aware of the privilege and responsibility that being staff is. I have already expressed my concerns and humility to not only the current staff, but also other members of the community: patrons of WarZ or not. Finally, your alleged accusations of not seeing me on teamspeak, you may check with Venom, Gigga, Putty, 8vo, and countless others whom have seen me on teamspeak. For hours at a time, per day. You, sir/madam are the one demonstrating inactivity for never once in all my hours on TS3 have I never seen your name, not even so much as the AFK section.

In closing: This application was me actually wishing to be a part of the community that I do so much enjoy, as well as to assist with the upkeep and survival of a game I equally enjoy. This was in no way intended to be a mockery of the position, and as I have expressed SEVERAL times I am aware of the responsibilities and the weight that my own presence will have on the community. Its not just something for me, it is a chance for myself, to contribute a friendly, and helpful presence in an otherwise themed "cold heartless world". I will thank you kindly for your opinion and also ask that you do not get me confused with some of the (more recent) applicants. I have high hopes for the future and I also plan to dedicate myself as much as I am now, to serve this community in every way I best can. Thank you, @teawithchoco and enjoy your evening.

 

Several of the 15 did not explain why they voted no, and the remainder had the: SNN -1 approach.
However, I have made the motions to resolve that issue and I am going to continue in this trend before and after the results of my application.

 

In the beginning, yes. I made the app at around 18 posts. I had been a member for quite some time. But, hadn't said much. If you'd read the other comments before, instead of lashing out at me. You'd understand what their viewpoints were from. In a previous post however, you stated that 300+ posts was adequate. Yet, it was not enough to satisfy your demands.

All these members felt I had a lovely application, but my activity on the forums was lacking a bit. I have since then increased tenfold. And I will have you know, sir, this is my 400th post. I'll recommend that you spend a bit more time reviewing the comments prior, as well as the activities of the user him/herself before immediately comparing their accomplishments to your own. Thank you.

 

This is my first application, I was implying to read the other comments before making assumptions. I've been on teamspeak for the better part of the month since the post of this application. In addition to that, I have not seen you on there. But you may feel free to ask countless staff and other MPS members about me. As I am well known on there. I am well open and accepting of criticisms but none that would be false nor outlandish in nature. Over half of your comments, well, opinions on this subject were incorrect and or simply (to be honest) insulting. I have no quarrel with you, whatsoever. However, I do not understand your judgement. Alas, it isn't for my comprehension.

 

Yet.

You basically told me that reporting people whom break the rules, and amounting what is now 400 posts in the time span of 1 month and 2 days is not enough to be moderator. In addition to making the assumption that I do not find the position to be serious and as honorable as it is.

I dread seeing a comment from you, because I can only ask myself what new fault has he found within me that I haven't already taken the means to purge from myself. As if me doing my best is not enough to satiate you.

And despite working towards college, and having school, and working on a job as well, I manage to find spare time to be on Teamspeak. As well as achieve activity on the forums as well as in game. I am deeply offended and taken aback by your words. When on another post, you did say something along the lines that: having 300 posts is alright enough activity. Yet, in my position, it is deemed nearly worthless in comparison to your own achievements. I am sorry for not living up to your standards, I hope that I can push myself to do even better to gain your approval.

 

I find it hard to believe that you're supportive of my app, taking into consideration the fact that you've been attempting to eradicate my hopes of the position, In addition to taking several attempted shots at my background as well as activity invested within the community. As well as voting against me, on my poll. I do find your support to be a little far off.
