No.
Neither of them are good. I understand that I sound like a prick, but these people or majority of them are crossbow spammers.

Nobody is good. There is not the best player. Only some are worse and some are better.

erm... I don't want to sound like a complete stuckup but I think my skills make up for my level, and that I am one of the better players to take the field
(thats not to say everyone sucks, thats to say I think I'm good at the game... don't hate me)

To be scientific, you should look at KDR's.

 

Kdr is what I used to admit players into the EST, ESU, and WAKE clans because they gave me the hard skills rather than the specific time spent. You can be a level 150 and still be crap at the game
